Pinellas County's September numbers are in, and the story is speed. Homes sold faster than they did in August, averaging 66 days on market, and the average sale price came in at $619K. More sellers jumped in too, with about 1,050 new listings hitting the market, even as total sales dipped to 700 for the month.

What does that mean if you're buying or selling a home in Pinellas County? More choices for buyers, and for sellers, a market that still moves for homes priced honestly.
