Through a series of events some not at his fault at all, we were unable to close out on getting him a home back then. Welcome the newest homeowner on the block, Ms. Erlande. Erlande is an active Navy member that’s originally from Florida, but she was stationed in South Carolina.⁣⁣

She received orders that she would be working in Maryland last year, and we began searching for her home late in 2021. We were able to develop an approach that accommodated her schedule and availability to view homes she was interested in, both in person and virtually that worked around her schedule since she was still bouncing back and forth between VA, MD, and SC. ⁣⁣⁣⁣
