Congratulations to my investor on closing day! 🏡

This one came together FAST. We started as the backup offer, got the call just 3 days ago that our offer was moving into primary position, and today we officially closed!

Sometimes being the backup offer pays off. I’m excited to see what’s next for this property and grateful to be part of another investment purchase!

A home is so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. 🤎

It’s where holidays are celebrated, gardens are planted, kids grow up, and ordinary days turn into some of your favorite memories.

When it’s time to move on, you’re not just selling a house—you’re passing along a place that’s been home.

And that deserves to be marketed like it matters.

Did you see The Maddox Group is giving away $25 gift cards for pizza to 4 of you to celebrate National Cheese Pizza Day THIS Saturday?! 🍕

Like Meghan, I LOVE pizza.

I think my favorite would have to be Stop 50 in Michigan City.
