Gillespie Group, alongside M3 Group, was recognized by Central Michigan Public Relations Society of America (CMPRSA) as a Pinnacle (first place) award winner for the We ❤️ Kevin G campaign. While, we were recognized for the campaign, the recognition of its success is only due to the collaboration of so many leaders, volunteers, and others in the region as well as alumni across the entire US. East End brings a new level of connectivity and opportunity to downtown Midland!

Our East End development has helped reshape the area surrounding Dow Diamond, home of the Great Lakes Loons, into a vibrant, connected district that encourages activity and brings the community together year-round.

Made possible through a strong public-private partnership, the development features more than 200,000 square feet of medical, dining, and retail space while strengthening the connection between Dow Diamond and downtown Midland.

By creating a more walkable, accessible environment, East End supports local businesses, encourages community engagement, and contributes to the continued growth and revitalization of downtown Midland!
