This gives me a great background to run my team. I am business forward and innovative. I achieved my initial license in 2016. In 2023 I achieved my Broker Associate in all 3 states. I have experience with buying/selling/investment and some commercial. I am well rounded in meeting the demands of todays real estate climate. Being an agent gives me flexibility to raise my two children and be active with their sports and life experiences which are also important to me. 📢 WE’RE LOOKING FOR COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVES!

Do you want to help shape the future of Fairfield County? The Fairfield County Regional Planning Commission (RPC) has three vacancies and is looking for residents who want to make a difference in their community!

The RPC is a volunteer commission which helps guide the county’s long-range planning, supports local communities, administers community development programs, and implements important subdivision, floodplain, and building codes.

We’re seeking representatives for the following positions:

🎓 Education Representative – Ideally someone from a K–12 school, technical school, or higher education institution who can bring the perspective of the educational community to the planning process.

🛍️ Retail Merchant Representative – Ideally someone who owns or works for a business that sells goods or services, including a local retailer, e-commerce business, or wholesaler.

🤝 Minority Representative – Ideally someone from or serving a minority population who can help ensure minority perspectives and interests are represented in community planning.

Who can serve? ✅ Must be at least 18 years old. ✅ Must be a resident of Fairfield County. ✅ Must be available to attend monthly meetings on the first Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Fairfield County Records Center.

The Lancaster Police Department would like to advise the public of an upcoming traffic change beginning June 3, 2026.

All traffic in the 100 blocks of West Chestnut Street and East Chestnut Street will be converted to a one-way roadway traveling westbound. This change will allow for parking on both sides of the street and create up to 20 additional parking spaces in the downtown area.

We ask drivers to use caution in the weeks following this change as traffic patterns adjust. Please pay close attention to posted signage and be mindful of other drivers, pedestrians, and parked vehicles.
