Pumpkin Spice Horchata Mocktail 🍂🎃

Spice up your fall with a Pumpkin Spice Horchata Mocktail! Creamy, cozy, and completely alcohol-free, this seasonal sip blends warm pumpkin spice, sweet maple, and smooth horchata for the perfect autumn treat. Cheers to fall flavors!
Ingredients
* 2 oz non-alcoholic spirit of choice or coconut water
* 1 barspoon pumpkin purée
* ¾ oz maple syrup
* Ice
Pumpkin Spice Horchata Foam
* 2 oz horchata
* 1 barspoon pumpkin purée
* ½ oz maple syrup
* Pumpkin spice, to taste
For the Rim & Garnish
* Maple syrup
* Brown sugar mixed with pumpkin spice
* Cinnamon stick
* Extra pumpkin spice
Instructions
1. Add the non-alcoholic spirit or coconut water, pumpkin purée, and maple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds.
2. Coat the rim of your glass with maple syrup, then dip it into the brown sugar and pumpkin spice mixture.
3. Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
4. In a small pitcher, combine the horchata, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice. Froth with a hand frother until creamy.
5. Gently pour the horchata foam over the mocktail.
6. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy!
