Everyone in Kaplan is asking the same thing: what is SpaceX doing to home and land prices?

I pulled the MLS numbers for the past 12 months. Here is what they show:

Homes: 54 sold, median price $155,000, about 57 days to sell
Land: 24 parcels sold, median about $24,400 per acre
Since the Aug. 25 announcement: home sales look about the same as before. Land activity has picked up, but not at higher prices per acre so far.

It is early, and I am not for or against SpaceX. I just want you to have the facts, so you can make good decisions about your property.
