We’re your neighbors who happen to sell houses. At 5 Star Real Estate, our team makes buying and selling in the East Bay simple, friendly, and community-driven.

We want to be the real estate company of choice for people who share our values. We have a set of core values…

Integrity - We always choose to do the right thing. Commitment - We strive to be the best in all we do for ourselves and our clients. Communication - We seek to understand and communicate clearly

Community - We recognize that we are part of something larger than ourselves. We give our time, resources and talent to make our community better. We’re as invested in this community as you are. Renee is the co-owner of a successful dance studio in Lafayette and Pleasant Hill. When I’m not helping clients, I’m a commissioner with the city of Walnut Creek, host of an award winning TV show about the city and MC of the Walnut Festival parade. We also give back a percentage of our earnings to the Contra Costa Foster Network. The foster network is a cause close to our own home and we’re honored to help.

Some houses just click.
10115 Ridgeline in Dublin is officially pending, and this one checked enough boxes that my buyers knew it was worth moving on.

Now we get to the fun part. 🔑
Who else is waiting for the right one to show up?

Rates are back above 7%.

That may slow some buyers down, but it doesn’t automatically mean waiting is the better move.

Would today’s rate stop you from buying?

And just like that... keys. 🔑

640 Michele Dr in Martinez is officially sold to my buyer.

Updated home, great yard, covered patio, built-in gazebo... pretty easy to picture weekends here.

Congrats to my buyer on the new place. 🎉

Two downtown Walnut Creek closings.

1655 N California Blvd #156 at The Mercer and 1874 Bonanza St #10 at Eighteen74 are officially sold.

Two very different homes, but both had the kind of location, style, and convenience that make downtown Walnut Creek such a strong place to live.

Very happy for my clients and glad to get both of these across the finish line.

The upgrade is official!

102 Providence Pl in Pleasant Hill is sold to my buyers.

New construction, modern design, beautiful finishes, and enough space to make this one feel like a serious step up.

A pretty great set of keys to hand over.

The Mercer strikes again. 🔥

1655 N California Blvd #156 is officially PENDING.

There’s a reason buyers keep coming back to The Mercer. Location, amenities, luxury, and basically all of downtown Walnut Creek right outside your front door.

If you own a condo downtown and have been wondering what it might sell for, I probably have some thoughts.

Another one disappearing from the downtown Walnut Creek market. 👀

1874 Bonanza St. #10 is officially PENDING.

Modern, stylish, walkable to everything downtown, and part of one of Walnut Creek’s newer boutique condo communities. It didn’t take long for buyers to notice.

I’ve been spending a lot of time in downtown Walnut Creek condos lately, and there’s definitely a story developing here. The best units are moving.
