SHE DID IT!!! 🏡❤️🔑

After two months of jumping through hoops, overcoming hurdles, and having more than a few moments where we wondered how in the world we were going to make it all work, Courtney is officially a HOMEOWNER!!! 🥹

But what makes this one even sweeter is that her hard work started LONG before we ever went under contract.

For the past year, Courtney has been working extra hours, building her credit, getting her finances in order, and doing everything she could to put herself in a position to buy her very first home. And let me tell y'all, that kind of determination deserves to be celebrated!!!

The last two months were a labor of love. 😂 There were so many moving parts, so much patience required, and plenty of things that tried to stand in our way. But Courtney hung in there, trusted me through the process, and let me fight for her every step of the way.

And fight I did! 😂❤️

Some closings are smooth sailing, and some make you work for every single signature. This was definitely the latter, but I wouldn't trade that feeling of finally sitting at the closing table for anything.

Courtney, I am SO proud of you! Not just for buying your first home, but for everything you did to get here. All those extra hours, all the sacrifices, all the patience, and all the times you could've thrown your hands up and said forget it. YOU DID IT!!!

Thank you for trusting me, sticking it out with me, and letting me be part of such a huge milestone in your life. You have worked so hard for this, and you deserve every bit of happiness that comes with having a place to call your own.

This is something I have always said, and I truly mean it!

There's something about a Sunday afternoon that makes you appreciate the place you call home. 🤎

The laundry that never seems to end. The dishes in the sink. The shoes piled up by the door. The little projects you've been meaning to finish for six months.

Funny how the things that make a house feel lived in are the very things we sometimes wish away.

I spend a lot of time looking at houses. Beautiful ones, outdated ones, tiny ones, ones that need more love than a little paint can fix. 😂

And one thing I've learned is that a home's value isn't always something you can measure in square footage or a price per acre.

Sometimes it's the pencil marks on a doorframe where somebody measured their babies growing up. Or the kitchen where generations have gathered. Or the front porch where someone sat and watched the world go by.

Of course, my job is to help people buy and sell real estate. But I never want to forget that, to somebody, it's so much more than that.

Hope your Sunday is full of the little things that make wherever you are feel like home. ❤️
