September’s report for St. Louis City and County combined shows:

• Single-family median sales price: $340,000—up 7.3% from September 2025.
• Single-family inventory: up 15.4%, with homes averaging 31 days on the market.
• Townhouse and condo median sales price: $217,500—down 4%, with properties averaging 60 days on the market.

More inventory may give buyers additional options. For sellers, pricing and presentation still deserve careful attention. These market-wide figures don’t determine the value of an individual home.
