Girl dinner last night Bodega Rosette consisted of my friend and I celebrating the sale of the first home she’s ever purchased! And I had the pleasure of being by her side and connected her with an amazing agent that helped her get her home sold.

There were so many nights, where we would go for walks and talk about our financial goals, investments for the future, and exits strategies. I shared with her the only way we can overcome the anxiety of a big decision was by getting her in touch with the right people, make a plan and most importantly get her the answers to her questions.

She had a goal of completing this before the end of the year, and I’m so proud of her for making it happen. Just being able have been a small part of the process is truly so special to me ✨🫶

Social Media + Appointment + New Owners in 30 days✨

When my client connected with me, they were a bit skeptical about the process but they knew it was a BIG GOAL they wanted to check off their goal list for 2026.

We talked about the market, things to be on the lookout for, inspections, commissions 💵💵, how the contingencies work, and all of the WHAT IF’s.

Each house we saw, we talked about if this house was a good fit or if we needed to move on…

We compared price per sq Ff, neighborhoods, layouts & renovations, the natural light, where would the couch go, and does the dog have enough space?!

There was even a house they loved, but after my convo with the other side I knew I needed to be upfront and share with them info that wasn’t aligned with what they were ultimately looking for… it was tough letting that one go!

I am so excited for the day my clients get their keys. Theyve planned for it, talked to the right people, had patience, compared, let ones go that didnt align.
