The Magnolia family is saddened by the passing of country music legend, humanitarian, and face of the Smoky mountains, Dolly Parton. Dolly made not only an impact on our area, but the entire world. Thank you Dolly for all you've done for this world.

“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.”

There’s just something about Smoky Mountain summer nights.

The string lights come on, the fire pit gets going, and the hot tub is ready after a long day of exploring.

Simple moments like this are what cabin stays are all about.

Most people book the Smokies thinking they need to be “deep in the mountains.”

Truth is…
Some of the best stays are hiding in plain sight.

Woodridge Village in Pigeon Forge is one of those spots.

• Right off Wears Valley Road (Pigeon Forge side)
• Minutes to restaurants, shows, Dollywood, The Island
• Zero scary roads — no white-knuckle drives
• Quiet, chill neighborhood (you actually sleep at night)
• Community pool for kids in the summer
• Multiple back ways in and out to avoid Pigeon Forge traffic

It’s the kind of place you stay once and then go,
“Oh… yeah, this was the move.”

We manage several homes here, and it’s honestly one of the most underrated locations in the Smokies for families, couples, and anyone who wants convenience without chaos.

If you’ve never stayed here before, now’s the time to fix that.

Continuing of introducing our Magnolia team, just so you know who we are!

This is Derrick, our operations officer! He is constantly coming up with new ways to better Magnolia. Even though you might not experience Derrick during your stay, he's always around! Derrick is also in charge of our Magnolia location in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife Reanna! 🎸 When Derrick isn't working he's probably hanging out with his family or taking care of his homestead!

We are grateful for everything Derrick brings to Magnolia!

Hi friends! With so many new followers around here lately, we figured it was a good time to say hello again 😊

We’re Elisabeth & Brendan — the husband-and-wife team behind Magnolia Vacation Rentals. Brendan is usually behind the scenes, taking photos, meeting with property owners, and working hard to innovate new ideas. I, Elisabeth, handle guest communications, your bookings, and pretty much anything that involves talking to people — which I love!

We’re not a big call center or faceless company — just a mom and dad who fell in love with the Smokies and wanted to help other families truly enjoy their vacations here. And if you ever don’t hear back from me right away, I’m probably chasing my toddler around the house 😅

We also want you to know we’re not the only ones who make Magnolia run! Over the next week we’ll be introducing you to the rest of our team who help make everything happen behind the scenes.

Thank you so much for being here — we’re really excited about all of our new followers and future guests! If you ever have questions, you can always DM us or text/call us at (865) 224-6801.
