CENTRAL FLORIDA MARKET UPDATE | WEEK-BY-WEEK COMPARISON

How did Central Florida’s real estate market change from two weeks ago to last week? 📊

🏡 New listings declined across all four counties, with the biggest drop in Polk and Lake counties, meaning fewer new properties entered the market.

🔑 Closed sales increased in Osceola, Lake, and Orange counties, while Polk County saw a decline. Lake County recorded the strongest increase, from 150 to 188 sold properties.

💰 Average sold prices rose in Osceola and Lake counties, while Polk and Orange counties saw slight decreases. Osceola had the largest jump, from $398,557 to $479,949.

⏳ Homes spent fewer days on the market in Osceola, Polk, and Orange counties, while Lake County saw a slight increase from 68 to 76 days.

Overall, the latest numbers show a mixed market: fewer new listings, stronger sales in three counties, and varying price trends. Local conditions continue to differ by county, making it important for buyers and sellers to understand what’s happening in their specific market.
