This sweet family (the Porter’s) walked into my public open house and said “this is the one” which leads me to believe until you have seen it in person you can’t really know….

Second, they didn’t baulk at the rates- instead they negotiated what they needed, because their family needed a bigger home.

The Cedar Cove community gained a sweet family and neighbors.

And another precious family purchased their home on blue water which I also sold allowing this to all come to be.
