World Mental Health Day
Today is World Mental Health Day. Taking care of our mental well-being is just as important as taking care of our physical health. This year's theme is "Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change." Whether it's taking a walk, connecting with a friend, reading a good book, or simply taking time to recharge, we'd love to hear what helps you prioritize your well-being.

If you or someone you know needs support, confidential help is available through SAMHSA at 1-800-662-HELP (4357). To learn more at World Mental Health Day, please visit https://www.who.int/campaigns/world-mental-health-day
