CLOSED! 🏡🔑

Congratulations to my sweet seller as she officially closes the door on one chapter and steps into the next. ❤️ I’m so thankful she trusted me to walk alongside her through such a big transition.

This one definitely came with a few twists and turns. We took a leap of faith and purchased her new home before selling this one, and then, after quickly going under contract, our original buyers got cold feet. Not exactly the plan we had in mind. 😅

But sometimes a bump in the road is simply a redirection.

We stayed the course, kept moving forward, and before long we had a cash offer and were able to close in just two weeks! 🙌

Real estate isn’t always a perfectly straight road from listed to closed. Sometimes deals fall apart. Sometimes plans change. And sometimes you just have to trust the process, adjust the strategy, and keep going until you get your client where they need to be.

Today, I’m just incredibly happy for her. Her new home is already hers, this chapter is officially closed, and now she gets to move forward without looking back. 🥹❤️

Some chapters teach you. Some stretch you. And some give you the perspective you needed to realize what matters most. 🤍

I’m so excited to share that I’m coming home to The Franklin Team. 💙

This past year brought growth, lessons, and most importantly, clarity. I’ve realized success for me isn’t just about transactions or how busy I can be. It’s having a career I love without sacrificing time with the people I love most. It’s being present for my husband, my kids, football, church, family dinners, and all those little moments I don’t get back.

I’ve also learned how much I value the autonomy to build and run my business in a way that feels authentic to me while still having people I trust in my corner.

I’m grateful for the last chapter and everyone who was part of it. I’m taking the growth and lessons with me—just with a much clearer picture of what I want the next chapter to look like.

More family. More freedom. More balance. And still doing what I absolutely love.
