ONE WHOLE YEAR OF BINGO! 🎉🥳

And WOW, did our community show up to celebrate with us last night!! What an AMAZING night! My heart is so full! 🥰

The costumes, the laughs, the prizes, and a little friendly competition made our 1 year anniversary one for the books! 😂 Our costume contest was SO much fun! A huge thank you to .boehm with First American Title for sponsoring those prizes!

A BIG thank you to Texas Borders Cane Island for cohosting and sponsoring this event with me for the past year! I couldn’t ask for a better partner!

And of course, I couldn’t do this without my husband , our official bingo number caller, and Krista and Cindy, who show up and support this event month after month! Y’all are the BEST! 🥰

This one is for the Tiny fan club. 🐾

If Tiny were a Realtor, this is the advice he’d give. He doesn’t have a real estate license, but after years of snuggling next to me while I write contracts and take client calls, he’s convinced he knows a thing or two.

🐾 “Don’t skip the inspection. I sniff everything before I trust it.”

🐾 “Don’t buy a new car while you’re buying a house. Sit. Stay. Do not finance.”

🐾 “Make a smart offer, not an emotional one. Save the excitement for the zoomies.”

🐾 “The biggest house isn’t always the best house. I’m Tiny, and I’m delightful.”

🐾 “Use a Realtor who will protect you, educate you, and bring treats.” Like my Mom. 🥰

I’ll handle the contracts, the questions, and the negotiating. And yes, Tiny, I’ll bring the treats. 😂🏡

I open strangers’ closets, flush their toilets, sit fully clothed in their bathtubs, and tell grown adults not to buy a car or new furniture. Totally normal. I’m a Realtor. 😂🏡

But truly, I get to help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I’m there for the exciting moments, the stressful moments, and everything in between.

I absolutely love what I do, and I never take the trust my clients place in me lightly. Even if the job occasionally requires me to sit in a stranger’s bathtub. ❤️😂

Yesterday I had the sweetest day showing homes in Galveston. 🏡🌊

White picket fences, brightly painted doors, original wood floors and the prettiest old doorknobs and hardware. One home even had the doors held open with seashells. 🐚 It was all so charming!

I was born on Galveston Island, so it felt extra special to be back showing homes near where I grew up. Such a lovely day doing what I love in a place that will always feel a little like home. 🥰
