🏡 **THREE CONTRACTS, ONE VA APPRAISAL CHALLENGE, AND A WHOLE LOT OF DETERMINATION!**

**SOLD! 1557 Old Elizabethton Hwy! 🎉**

They say the third time's the charm. Well, apparently our buyer decided to put that saying to the test! 😂

We searched high and low, toured more homes than we care to count, and went under contract on THREE different properties before finally finding the one that was meant to be.

And just when we thought we could see the closing table in the distance… along came a little something called a **VA appraisal Tidewater notice.** 🤦‍♂️

Because apparently, buying a house isn't exciting enough without a few plot twists!

But here's what makes this closing so special. ❤️

Our buyer is a **United States veteran**, someone who has already demonstrated what perseverance, patience, and determination look like. And through every setback, he never gave up.

Neither did we.

And we certainly didn't get here alone!
