Faith, Fellowship, and meaningful connections!
Yesterday, City Rescue Mission had the pleasure to host the North East Florida Chapter of the Christian Chamber of Commerce for a wonderful time of fellowship, networking, and community.
It was an opportunity to bring local business leaders together, build relationships, and sharpen one another through the love of Christ.
Thank you to everyone who joined us! We are so grateful for this opportunity to connect with others who share the heart of making a difference! 💛

What a special day! 🎓💙

During Recovery Month, we had the honor of celebrating 14 incredible men and women as they graduated from our LifeBuilders & Crossroads programs.
Each graduate has worked hard, overcome challenges, and taken courageous steps toward a brighter future. Their graduation is a beautiful reminder that recovery is possible, hope can be restored, and lives can be transformed.
We are so proud of our Fall 2026 graduates and all they have accomplished! 👏

We’re kicking off Recovery Month with fellowship, fun and a little friendly competition! 💙

Our program participants enjoyed a special Game Day and Cookout filled with praise and worship, a poster contest, board games, basketball, volleyball and plenty of delicious food. Congratulations to the winning poster team from each of our two programs! 🎨🏆

Recovery is a journey worth celebrating, and this is only the beginning. Stay tuned for more Recovery Month moments from around CRM!

Our 18th Annual City Rescue Mission Golf Tournament was one to remember. From the first tee to the final putt, we’re so grateful for every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this incredible day possible.

But the impact goes far beyond the course. Every swing, every sponsorship, and every person who showed up helps City Rescue Mission continue providing hope, healing, and a path forward for those in our community who need it most. 💙

Until next year! ⛳️

Today, we celebrate and say farewell to a leader whose impact will be felt for years to come.

Throughout his time at City Rescue Mission, Jeremiah has inspired so many through his leadership, wisdom, faith, and genuine care for others. The words shared in this video are a beautiful reflection of the lives he has touched and the example he has set, not only as our CFO, but also as a mentor, encourager, and friend.

While we are sad to see him go, we are deeply grateful for the legacy he leaves behind and the lasting difference he has made in our mission, our community, and each of us. Thank you, Jeremiah, for leading with purpose and reminding us what it means to serve others well. We wish you every blessing in this next chapter, you will be greatly missed! 💙

Sometimes the mountains in front of us can feel bigger than our strength, our plans, or our ability to overcome them. But Jesus reminds us in Matthew 17:20 that even faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.

Whatever you’re facing this week, don’t underestimate what God can do. Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep moving forward in faith. The mountain may look big, but our God is bigger. 🙏💙

Christmas came a little early 🎄

A big thank you to Tina, City Rescue Mission board member, and Woodlawn Presbyterian Church for their incredible Christmas in July Shoeboxes of love donation. We look forward to this each year! Your generosity will help us bless even more individuals during the holiday season! 💛

A day full of celebration, new beginnings, and God’s faithfulness!

This past Sunday, we gathered to rededicate our newly renovated chapel and celebrate as 9 people publicly declared their faith through baptism! What a beautiful reminder that while buildings can be renewed, the greatest transformation comes from Jesus Christ in the hearts of people. ☀️💛
