📈 Orlando home sales were up 3.6% from last September, and homes sold 6 days faster.
⏱️ Tampa Bay homes went under contract faster, and sellers got 96% of their original list price.
💰 Tampa Bay condo buyers have 6.3 months of supply, which means real room to negotiate.
