We recently broke ground on The Lofts of Pequot Lakes: 82 one- and two-bedroom apartments, roughly $16 million invested, and plenty of new options for people who want to live where they work.

Pequot Lakes is growing. Corner Lot is proud to build alongside the local leaders and partners making room for what's next.

Construction begins this month. Doors open Fall 2027.

Every transformation starts with a question. For Corner Lot, it was: what would it take to bring world-class golf to Jacksonville?

And when we set out to build this team, we wanted people to walk in and feel like Glen Kernan Club isn't even close to the norm for Jacksonville. That's the legacy we set out to create, and we are so grateful to our partners who shared in this journey with us.
