Eight years of growth, building relationships, and serving our Eastern North Carolina communities! 🏡🔑

What started as a vision to provide quality property and association management has grown into something we are incredibly proud of. Along the way, we have welcomed new team members, built lasting relationships, learned a lot, and had the opportunity to serve so many wonderful clients and communities. 💚

Meet Adam, our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Innovative Property Solutions! With a career in real estate since June 2010, Adam has been with IPS since its inception and has played an important role in helping the company grow and operate efficiently.

As CFO, Adam oversees the company's financial operations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support the company's goals and maximize returns. As CTO, he focuses on evaluating technology, developing innovative systems, and creating apps and automations that streamline processes and improve productivity. One of his favorite parts of the role is designing new apps and automations, analyzing systems, and finding smarter ways to get things done! ⚙️📊

Outside of work, Adam enjoys playing golf, designing products for 3D printing, and traveling. ⛳🖨️✈️

We're grateful to have such a creative and analytical mind as part of the IPS team, helping us continue to grow, innovate, and work smarter! 💚

A Special Assessment is an unexpected, one-time assessment passed to property owners to cover major projects—like road repairs, septic repairs or unexpected repairs —when there are not enough funds to cover the cost.

While true emergencies happen, frequently relying on special assessments is not the proper strategy. It usually points to underfunded reserves and a lack of long-term planning. Properly funding the reserves through appropriate dues amount, that increase over time to follow inflation is the best course of action.
At IPS, we help boards create realistic budgets, manage reserve studies, and plan preventive maintenance—protecting property values without surprising owners with big bills.
