Our Community Yard Sale is NEXT SATURDAY, September 26th, starting at 10 AM! 🎉

We’ll have residents, friends, and family set up throughout the community, with our gates open so customers can access the property loop!

📍 Where to Set Up: Residents can set up on sidewalks, in front of their OWN garages, or in the front loop if they don’t have a garage. You’re also welcome to set up in the grass along the roadways or in the grassy area to the right of the main gate!

We just ask that you please do not block other residents’ garages. Feel free to bring tents, fans, and anything else to make your setup comfortable!

☕️ And don’t forget! Rise N Shine Food Truck will be in the front loop starting at 10 AM, serving all things breakfast and brunch! 🍳🥞

We’re so excited to open this up to our community and hope to see an amazing turnout!

Be sure to share this on all your social media, tell your friends and family, and help us spread the word! The more, the merrier! 🛍️💗

We’ll see you Saturday!
