🏗️ CONTRACTOR BID OPPORTUNITY

ACD Property Solutions is currently seeking three additional qualified contractors to provide bids for a 16-unit apartment renovation project in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Interested contractors will have the opportunity to review the property, discuss the scope of work and submit a proposal based on the remaining renovation needs.

This is also a good example of why ACD Property Solutions is more than just property management.

We don't just place tenants in properties.

We help owners with the entire property process from helping identify opportunities and preparing properties for sale, to vetting contractors and vendors, coordinating projects, overseeing renovations, Stabilization and helping owners make informed decisions about their investments.

Our job is to help make sure the right people are involved, the work is being monitored and the property is moving toward the owner's goals.

For this project, we're looking for contractors with experience in multifamily renovations who can provide:

• Detailed scope and pricing
• Estimated project timeline
• Company information and references
• Proof of applicable licensing and insurance
