As a Boomer himself, he provides workshops for families in the unaccustomed position of now taking care of their parents (often as well as their children). As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Tom understands the unique needs of seniors downsizing or selling their homes for the last time. With a family background in the construction industry, Tom is also an active advocate for changing the way we design and build housing for the coming decade.
