🎤 We’re excited to announce that Jonathan De La Torre, CEO and Founder of Nexus Smart Communities, will be speaking alongside AJ Jahanian, Esq., of Beaumont Tashjian, at the Community Associations Institute Greater Los Angeles Chapter’s Luncheon & Trade Show on October 21!

Their presentation, “Death of an Association,” will explore difficult situations communities can face, including state suspensions, expired CC&Rs, association mergers, receivership, dissolution, and natural disasters.

💡 Jonathan and AJ have put together a thoughtful discussion to help board members and community managers understand these challenges, recognize warning signs, and consider options for protecting their communities.
