🚨Effective January 1st, 2021, California Assembly Bill 38 supplements the existing High Fire and Very High Fire Severity Zones within the State Responsibility Areas 🔥🚒👩‍🚒

What this means to you:

🔥Now both State and Local Level High and Very High Fire Severity Zones must be disclosed.
-
🔥The new Home Hardening and Defensible Law does not appear on the NHD Signature Page.
-
🔥All Sellers of property in High and Very High Fire Severity Zones have additional property information to disclose regarding property improvements, fire safety and defensible space.

🔥There is a new CAR Form for this purpose; Home Fire Hardening Disclosure and Advisory (CAR Form HHDA)

Our ONENHD (Natural Hazard Disclosure) reports already include the high fire and very high fire area zones! You can rest assured that ordering through us has you and your sellers protected and in compliance with California Bill 38. 💯

The Natural Hazard Disclosure Report is a report required in the state of California to make any potential buyer aware of a property’s proximity to certain flood zones, high fire hazard zones and seismic zones because that could affect insurance and construction requirements on the property 🌊🏚🔥
