One of my REALTOR® friends, Laure Filosa, is in Italy and sends me this pic of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I instantly texted her back and said: "I'll have to check, but I don't think it'll go FHA and with all the obvious settlement issues, it might be a tough sell for insurance purposes..." Knowing Laure, she's probably giggling right now. I can't take my REALTOR® hat off for a second... LOL. (Honestly, I'm just happy she's sending me pics so I can live vicariously through her and I'm really glad she's having fun because that girl deserves a vacation!)

Gratuitous Follower Interaction Post! I work from home and have a two-monitor set up and am constantly redoing my whole desk set up due to cords, space, ADHD, etc. I very much want to a curved, ultra-wide monitor because I hate going from one monitor to the other (looking at a Dell). My ADHD has constant issues with the amount of cords that I have to manage, though. What are some solutions you've come up with to help? I'm open to any and all ideas!
