Honored to have represented the sellers of 1102 Redfish Circle in Bay Point, a property recognized by the Panama City News Herald as one of the Top 5 most expensive homes sold in Bay County in August 2026. Grateful for the trust placed in me to represent this remarkable home and achieve a successful sale!

Successfully Sold in Bay Point! 🏡

After 13 years of calling this waterfront property their home away from home, the sellers have officially closed this chapter. From afternoons by the pool to boat rides to Shell Island, this home holds years of special memories.

It was a privilege to represent them throughout the sale, and I’m excited for the new owners to enjoy everything this beautiful Bay Point home has to offer and create memories of their own.
