Josh Baker - Iowa Realty

10/30/2026

🏝️ Back to work after a few days in Miami with some of the top Real Estate Agents in the country at StrongerTogether 2026. We dove deeper into the industry with some great Education, and even had a little bit of fun 😎.
‼️ Highlight of the trip, hands down, was listening to life stories from Key-Note Speaker Jesse Itzler. AMAZING individual, with an incredible life. He made me look at life a little different, and I suggest you look him up! He was a kiddie-pool attendant, rapper 🎤, built/sold 🖐️ companies (2 to Warren Buffet, 1 to Coca~Cola, etc), Had a Navy Seal come live with him ‘Living with a Seal’, 100 mile runs, yadda yadda 😳.
*Second highlight was a colleague of mine (Cary C) announcing himself at dinner to an entire cruise ship passing by our Iowa Realty dinner 🤣. Now back to work to close out what has already been an incredible 2026!
