Meet Thano Genos, an agent with Lockstep. Give him a Dunkin’ hazelnut coffee, black, and you’re off to a good start. Between selling houses, spending time with his family, getting out on the golf course and building PropWise, Thano stays pretty busy.

His local picks? Anson in Whitestown is where he’d buy right now, and Chiba in Westfield gets his vote when it’s time to eat. In real estate, the question he hears all the time is, “Is this house worth what they’re asking?”, a pretty important question when you’re deciding where to call home.

A lot of wins to celebrate around here lately! Our agents have been working hard, showing up for their clients and continuing to make things happen. From closings and new listings to accepted offers and everything in between, it’s been a busy couple of weeks at Lockstep.

We’re proud of this team and the work they continue to put in every day. It’s been a great start to Q4, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going through the end of the year!

Meet Elise Carmichael, an agent with Lockstep. When she’s not selling houses, there’s a good chance she’s out trying a new coffee shop or restaurant with family or friends. Her coffee order is an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and when it comes to local restaurants, Livery is her favorite.

If she were buying a home right now, Elise would choose Chatham Arch downtown. Of course, real estate conversations are never too far away, and the question she gets from clients all the time is, “What are interest rates right now?” Elise loves educating her clients and being a trusted sounding board they can come to with any and all questions throughout the process.
