I've been thinking a lot about mortgage interest rates lately. 🤔🤓 (I'm a Realtor®...comes with the territory...)

I think there's another side to this conversation that potential homebuyers might be overlooking.

🏡 OPEN HOUSES #31–40!

Well, would you look at that. FORTY. 40.

At the beginning of 2026, I set a goal to host 50 Open Houses this year. It sounded ambitious. Maybe a little ridiculous.

And now? 40 down. Just 10 to go.

Along the way, I’ve met buyers, picked up clients, learned a TON, toured some really great houses, sat in a few completely empty ones 😂, and gotten very comfortable taking awkward selfies in other people’s kitchens.

But mostly, I’ve kept showing up.

And I’m not stopping at 40.
