Yesterday was a BIG day! Delanie officially closed on her brand new home, and she and her daughter, Chesney, now have a place to call their very own!

What a journey it has been! There were a few bumps along the way, as there often are with new construction, but Delanie stayed the course. She was also smart to surround herself with a Realtor and lender who were there to look out for her best interests every step of the way.

It has been so much fun watching this home come to life, from an empty lot, to breaking ground, to watching each stage of construction, and finally to CLOSING DAY!

And one of my favorite parts? Not only does Chesney have her very own bedroom, she has her own PLAYROOM too!

Delanie and Chesney, thank you for trusting me to be part of this journey. Your hard work and perseverance paid off, and I couldn’t be happier to see the two of you finally HOME. YOU DID IT!!!

Congratulations! Here’s to new beginnings, new memories, and making this beautiful new house your own!

Our F.C. Tucker offices are coming together to help those affected by the recent flooding.

From August 24 through September 4, we’ll be collecting much-needed supplies at F.C. Tucker metro office locations.

We are collecting:
• Paper towels
• Toilet paper
• Disposable vinyl gloves

If you would like to help, donations can be dropped off at my office, and I’ll make sure they get where they are needed.

Every donation, big or small, can make a difference for families working to recover. Thank you to everyone who is able to help our neighbors during this difficult time!

🏡 It’s OFFICIAL for Steve & Terri! 🎉

I stopped by Steve and Terri’s lot in Cooks Corner and spotted a pretty exciting update... Arbor Homes put the SOLD sticker on their homesite! ❤️

There’s something about seeing that SOLD sign that makes it all feel a little more real. Homesite #63 is officially theirs, and now we get to watch their new home come to life! 🏠🔨

I’m excited to be alongside Steve and Terri throughout the entire building process, from choosing the lot to construction, inspections, the final walkthrough and eventually handing them the keys. 🔑

And a little reminder for anyone considering building a new home: the builder has a team representing their interests, and you should have someone representing yours, too. Having your own Realtor gives you an advocate who can help you understand the process, ask the right questions and look out for your best interests from start to finish.

Congratulations, Steve & Terri! Now let’s get this house built! 🎉🏡

🚨 CONTRACT ACCEPTED! 🚨

Steve and Terri are officially one step closer to their brand new Arbor home in Greenfield... and after all this time, Steve is finally getting his garage! 🎉🚗🔧

I'm pretty sure Terri agreed to build the house just so she wouldn't have to hear about needing a garage anymore.

Congratulations, Steve and Terri! I can't wait to watch your new home come to life from the ground up. Here's to new beginnings, new memories, and finally having a place for all of Steve's "important stuff!"

Third time's the charm! Congratulations to my buyers, Kyle and Laura, on getting their offer accepted on a beautiful home in Carmel!

The first two offers didn't go their way, but they stayed patient, trusted the process, and didn't give up. That perseverance paid off, and now they're one step closer to calling this house their home.

I'm so excited for you both and can't wait to walk with you through the rest of this journey. On to inspections and closing day!

Congratulations, Kyle and Laura! 🏡🎉
