We’re thrilled to celebrate the opening of the new Amazon delivery facility, marking Compass’s very first project in Knox County! It was a fantastic experience working alongside such collaborative local partners to help bring this impactful build across the finish line.

Congratulations to Knox County Indiana Economic Development and the entire community on bringing 170 new jobs to the region!

Amazon has opened a new 104,000-square-foot delivery station in Vincennes, Indiana, bringing approximately 170 jobs and faster shipping speeds to Knox County and the surrounding region.

Navigating challenges of site conditions while maintaining schedule critical path is what stewardship is all about. Despite heavy rains over recent weeks, the team has pushed through the elements to keep Mt. Comfort Logistics Center (MCLC) Building VII firmly on track for Ambrose Property Group.

With precast panels officially in place thanks to ATMI Precast, structural steel framing is now actively going vertical, and roofing crews will be mobilizing soon to dry in the facility.

Tremendous effort by our field leaders and trade crews for adapting, coordinating, and delivering results on site!

The Compass Ladies headed to Stuckey Farm for a fall afternoon filled with good conversation, plenty of laughs, and a little time to enjoy the season together.

Progress is moving full speed ahead at Indianapolis Logistics Park South (ILPS) on Buildings I & II for our partners at Ambrose Property Group !

Our field teams and standout trade partners have reached key milestones across the 255,000+ SF footprint: Danco Roofing Services, Inc. is putting the finishing touches on the roof, while Sub Surface of Indiana, Inc. continues making quick work of multiple site utilities to ensure the ground is ready for stabilization. Our next big milestone is paving, scheduled to take place at the end of October.

Bringing large-scale logistics developments to life requires tight coordination and dedicated partners in the field. Thank you to everyone on site pushing these buildings closer to the finish line!

With permanent power energized and the lights officially on, Avon Landing Building 3 is moving fast into its final stages for VanTrust Real Estate !

The structure is now fully enclosed, and with interior slab-on-grade pours 100% complete, the site is prepped and ready for paving.

Reaching these key milestones smoothly comes down to top-tier coordination in the field. A special thank you to Elbrecht Concrete for delivering a flawless slab and to Ferrer Mechanical Services, Inc. for powering up the facility. Outstanding work by everyone on site!

Cardinals, it was great meeting you!

Our Compass team had a great time at the Ball State career fair connecting with students, talking about the construction industry, and sharing what it’s like to be part of Compass.

We enjoyed meeting so many future industry professionals and hearing about what they’re looking for in a construction career. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to meet our team. We’re proud to already have Ball State represented at Compass and look forward to adding more Cardinals to our team!

For more than five years, Compass has been proud to work alongside NeuroHope and support its mission to help people living with and recovering from neurologic injuries.

That partnership made it especially meaningful to be back at the Swing Fore Hope Golf Outing this year, where an incredible $57,000 was raised to support NeuroHope and the people and families they serve.

Austin Boggs, Luke Watness, Eric Gelatt, and Mitchell Floyd represented Compass on the course for a great day supporting an organization that continues to make a real difference in our community.

We’re grateful for our longtime partnership with Neurohope and proud to continue supporting their mission for years to come.
