The Crossing Lofts will be a 273-unit luxury multifamily community featuring approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and attached structured parking. Construction progress at Venture on Venetucci! 🏗️

We're excited to share an update on this 336-unit multifamily community in Colorado Springs. Our team has made significant strides with all buildings and garages now framed, interior finishes underway across multiple buildings, and site paving halfway complete.
