The Indiana Real Estate Institute (IREI) is the premier provider of real estate education in the state.

Can you start real estate without quitting your current job first? Sometimes, but it depends on more than just finding a few free hours.

Real estate can involve time-sensitive calls, texts, showings, inspections, appraisals, and client questions that can't always wait until after 5:00.

Your calendar might be one of your best study tools. 📅

Real estate school takes commitment, but that doesn’t mean every study session has to take over your entire day. Setting aside focused time, using your downtime intentionally, and finding small ways to keep the material fresh can make a big difference.

Don’t wait until you “find” the time. Decide where it’s going to go.
