This is a huge win for our team and the City of Kokomo! This $26M project started as just an idea 2 years ago. Fast forward to today, The Elwood is the premier place to live within the entire city.

The Elwood is a public-private partnership with the City of Kokomo. We want to thank Mayor Tyler Moore and the City of Kokomo for being a great partner and helping us make this project happen.

The public is invited to attend the grand opening on Tuesday, Sept. 15, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony beginning at 9 a.m. Visitors are welcome to stop by throughout the day.
