Another Better Places project is officially on the market! 🏡

How cute is this little house?!

This one is especially exciting because it’s one of our own investment properties here in Independence. Our team put a lot of work into bringing this 1951 home back to life, keeping its original charm while making some pretty significant improvements along the way.

We refinished the original hardwood floors, refreshed the kitchen with quartz countertops, updated cabinets, backsplash and appliances, remodeled the bathroom, and moved the laundry upstairs for convenience.

But some of the biggest improvements are the ones you don't immediately see! We installed a new roof, A/C, water heater, electrical panel and wiring, along with a new garage door and opener.

It's a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath home with an attached garage, a nice-sized yard, and plenty of character.

We're proud of how this one turned out and grateful for the hard work our crew and subcontractors put into it. It's always rewarding to see an older home get a new chapter!

A really productive morning with all of our crews.

Home renovation is tough work. There are a lot of moving parts, a lot of problems to solve, and good communication makes all the difference.

I’m grateful to have a team of people who care about the work they do, take pride in the finished product, and keep showing up every day to make things happen.
