Buyers walk in with their nose before their eyes. This is one of my favorites! It makes buyers linger a little longer at showings. Plus it makes your home smell like a coffee shop. ☕️

1 cup coffee beans
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tbsp cardamom pods
4-6 cinnamon sticks
