The squirrels are at it again in Tatum Tx. The roof was soft here and the wood sheathing was rotted below this area from the rainwater leaking in over time.

2023 Build Marshall Tx.

Visible hairline cracks in a slab are often shrinkage cracks that occur during the normal curing process of the concrete, However sometimes they are the start of something more serious.

There are small cracks on both sides of this corner of the home and all of the cracks in the walls start there and continue upwards to the top of the brick. This indicates the corner of the slab is beginning to drop. There was also a rafter split in Two above this area.

Sorry for the odd look on my face. I was scared to stand all the way up while standing on the ridge of this 12/12 pitch. Felt like I was level with the tree tops on this one.
