She was very easy to reach and ask questions through text, email, or phone call. She did a great job of explaining her approach and walking us through every step of the process. Once we were ready to sell the house, she was very quick at listing, and we had an offer within a week for over asking price. We had a tight timeline for buying, and she worked very hard to get us into showings on every house that fit our criteria. We were able to get an accepted offer on a house we were interested in less than 3 weeks after we started looking.
