Financing the property behind the restaurant.
Faundare Capital arranged $1,666,000 in commercial purchase financing for an owner-occupied restaurant through its capital network. The transaction involved complex financials and required a financing source suited to the business and property. The completed loan was recorded at 65% loan-to-value.
An owner-occupied acquisition links the building purchase to the operating business. A financing structure must fit both the real estate and the business’s repayment capacity; evaluating the property alone leaves part of the transaction unanswered.
