This concludes my Montgomery County Series! I enjoyed visiting builders and communities all over Montgomery that not only qualify for the Montgomery County Grant but also USDA. Let me put it to you this way. Qualifying for USDA means no down payment, a grant means assistance towards closing costs…. Meaning it just became a little easier to get into a home with little upfront costs. If you want more information, call me!
