RECRUITMENT FREEZE!
Lions Gate Realty is officially putting a temporary hold on new agent recruitment.
Make no mistake, we have every intention of becoming the largest independent real estate brokerage in Houston. But growth without development is just adding numbers.
Right now, our priority is strengthening our existing Realtors, developing our newest agents, and ensuring everyone in our organization has the training, resources, and support to produce at the highest level.
We’re not abandoning growth. We’re preparing for the next phase of it.
When we’re ready to start replenishing the ranks, we’ll make an official announcement and reopen recruitment.
Quality before quantity. Production before expansion.

2025 Rookie of the Year – Itzzia García

Some people enter this business hoping to succeed. Itzzia entered this business determined to succeed.

From day one, she showed a level of discipline, coachability, and work ethic that set her apart. She never looked for shortcuts, she put in the work, stayed committed to her clients, and embraced every opportunity to learn and grow.

Being named Lions Gate Realty’s Rookie of the Year for 2025 isn’t just about production. It’s about character, consistency, and the impact she’s already made in such a short time.

Congratulations on an incredible first year. You’ve earned every bit of this.

It is with profound sadness that we share the news that we lost one of our Realtors and a beloved member of our family this weekend. On behalf of everyone at Lions Gate Realty, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, clients, and all those whose lives he touched.
He was more than a colleague—he was family. His presence, friendship, and contributions to our company and community will never be forgotten. Please keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time as we honor his memory and the lasting impact he made on all of us.
May he rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to those who knew and loved him. 🕊️❤️
