Meet Adewunmi Adeyemo – CEO/President of That 1 Painter North Detroit

Adewunmi has owned That 1 Painter North Detroit for about three years. He’s also a practicing colorectal surgeon! He was drawn to the painting industry because of the similarities between the two professions—solving problems, paying close attention to detail, and creating outcomes that improve people’s lives.

What do you love most about helping people?
“Giving people peace of mind. Transforming their homes, reducing their stress, earning their trust, and leaving them genuinely happy with the experience is incredibly rewarding.”

How long have you been part of WCR?

Women's Council of Realtors Michigan would like to announce a change in date for the election of the Rochester 2027 Board of Directors.
Per National guidelines, all elections must be reported to National by the end of the day on September 30, 2026. To hold an emergency meeting 5 days notice must be provided.
The election for the Rochester network will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10am via Zoom. If you are a voting member you should have received an email with the Zoom link. A quorum of 20% of the National Realtor & National Affiliate membership must be present. Members must be in good standing and a member for at least 30 days to vote. Please note that local strategic partner/affiliate members are not eligible to vote.
Please mark your calendars so we can complete the election in a timely manner. The Zoom should take no more than 15-20 minutes. We appreciate your support!
