Small-town weekends done right. 🚗
The Beresford Old Fashioned Weekend car show — chrome, classics, and the whole town out enjoying it. This is the South Dakota we love showing you.

L-I-V-I-N 🌾
Snow days, pumpkin days, and everything in between. Life out here is full in every season — and we're grateful for all of it.

The man behind the prairie 🌾
Mostly I post the kids, the land, and that view — figured it was time the guy holding the camera said hello.
This is where we live. But these people? They're my home. My safe space. The whole reason exists.

Easter in Louisiana. 🌿
Throwback to BB gun training with Uncle Johnnie — state trooper, Army Guard, and the best teacher the kids could ask for. Safety glasses on, targets up, two very serious students. 🎯

The small things 🌅
The long walk down our driveway to the bus — sometimes on their own, sometimes getting chased by the zoo crew (the cats, of course). The peace, the serenity, and a few quiet minutes before another school day.
It's the small things of day-to-day life out here that I love most — and I love that our kids get to grow up in it.

Father/daughter time on the prairie ⛳🌾

Who needs an official driving range? We've got wide-open space, some old clubs our neighbor passed along, and time to spend together.

Making the most of what we have — and grateful for all of it.

As we renovated the kids’ rooms, we couldn’t help but look back on one of our very first renovations with baby Grayson!

How cute is he?! Now, he’s growing up and has a bedroom of his very own after his latest renovation. How times have changed! 🤍

Swipe to see our little man helping out along the way!

Spring prep, prairie style. 🌱 Back in May, Mary was in her happy place — hunting down the next round of green for the homestead. If it grows, she'll find a spot for it.
