🏠🔨 Buying a house at auction for $40,000 when it's worth $150,000 sounds like an incredible deal. But is it?

Yesterday, I shared a story about a friend who purchased a property at auction, invested in renovations, and later faced a legal dispute involving the bank.

Today, let's look at what every buyer should consider before placing a bid.

A low purchase price doesn't necessarily mean a profitable investment. Repairs, unpaid obligations, title issues, redemption rights, and legal expenses can quickly change the numbers.
