Another successful project delivered ✅

We worked with a tenant that had a very specific operational requirement—identified the right building and executed a full turnkey tenant buildout tailored to their needs. The facility includes 10-ton cranes, a fully HVAC-conditioned warehouse, and approximately 2,500 SF of office space, creating a highly functional end product.
Proud to get this one across the finish line and add another quality project to the portfolio for DI Real Estate Advisors and Derrick Interests.

Another Successful Milestone for Derrick Interests, Inc.!

We’re proud to announce that this newly developed retail center is now 100% leased!

This project highlights strong tenant demand, thoughtful site selection, and continued momentum in high-quality retail development. The center features a strong mix of national and service-oriented tenants that will serve the surrounding community for years to come.
Strategically positioned with excellent visibility and access near major thoroughfares and key retail corridors, this location offers strong traffic counts and long-term growth potential.
Additionally, a 1.2-acre pad site located in the rear of the development is available, presenting an excellent opportunity for a medical office, daycare, or other user looking to establish a presence in this thriving area.
We’re excited to see this center thrive and contribute to the area’s continued growth.
