Barnett Real Estate Real Estate As a native Texan, Kelly Brooke Barnett comes by her love of the land honestly. Mary’s law school in 2003.

Her father, Vic Barnett, started Barnett Real Estate in the 1980s in Caldwell, Texas, and Kelly began accompanying her dad on appointments as a child. Kelly is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, working in oil and gas as well as continuing in real estate. She
then started a San Antonio office of Barnett Real Estate and attended and graduated from St. Since moving to Houston in 2011, she has maintained a Barnett Real Estate Office and also continued to develop her expertise in oil and gas land work. Kelly loves the art of the real estate deal, and particularly enjoys the negotiating that makes things happen on a win-win level for both buyers and sellers.

I’m excited to introduce Melodie Hartsfield! 🩵

Melodie has been with Barnett Real Estate for more than three years, and I’m so grateful to have her as part of our business. She first came to Barnett Real Estate through my sister, Brittany Barnett McReynolds. The two were Kappa Delta sorority sisters at Texas A&M University and both found their passion for real estate after graduation.

Before becoming a full-time educator, Melodie spent three years in commercial real estate with Newmark Knight Frank, gaining valuable experience at one of the industry’s leading commercial real estate firms. That foundation, combined with her passion for serving others, has allowed her to build a strong client base in both commercial and residential real estate.

After starting her family, Melodie was looking for the flexibility to continue teaching while growing her real estate business, making Barnett Real Estate the perfect fit.

I want to take a minute to brag on someone who rarely lets anyone brag on her, my sister, Brittany Barnett McReynolds. ❤️

Brittany has been part of real estate her entire life. We grew up watching our dad build and lead his brokerage for more than 40 years, so it's safe to say real estate has always been in our blood.

After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2006, Brittany jumped straight into the industry, spending nearly a decade working alongside one of the top-producing agents in the Houston Heights, one of the most competitive and fast-paced real estate markets in Texas. Those years gave her invaluable experience that continues to shape the way she serves her clients today.

Today, Brittany is a full-time mom to three incredible boys while continuing to represent the McReynolds family's real estate investments and serve clients throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. While many people know her as an amazing mom, what they may not realize is the depth of knowledge, professionalism, and expertise she brings to every transaction.
