Why Now Might Be The Time to Buy -
You may be thinking, with these interest rates - no way. However, there is a bigger picture. The market has slowed significantly for most homes AND the holiday season is fast approaching. Many years this translates to even less motivated buyers during these months. Some sellers will likely pull their listings and wait to relist until 2027. Yet some homeowners do need to sell. So for the inventory that is sitting, the time is ripe for a buyer to have the most leverage when purchasing. Buying the rate down with seller contributed funds is a possibility that can bring the finances together. With all of these factors, this may truly be the best time for a buyer to get serious about a home purchase. I have years of experience in different markets. Another Happy Client Review! Why do I share these with you on social media?
